I am a personal trainer and coach with three different certifications that help me integrate the best of science in to your training plans. I do all of the research so that you can focus on running.
Every person has unique goals and strengths. After a brief evaluation of your training history and goals, I will create a custom training plan designed around your needs. Each workout will be formatted to help you meet your specific goals. I believe that every runner deserves to train like a star.

These days, we are always looking for the quick fix or the easy answer. We don't have the time to invest in the long process to see things through to our goals, or do we? What if you couldn't afford to short cut the process?
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: CORE STABILITY FOR RUNNERS
There is a continuum for strength training that I follow when writing plans and workouts. It always starts with stability work to activate the right muscles in the right order. Then, the workouts can progress to strength and power. If you skip the stability work, you could be risking injury or ingrain faulty movement patterns.
