All training plans start with a free 30 minute consultation to review your running goals. This will give us the opportunity to see if training together is a good fit. After learning about your goals, past running history, training preferences, and available training time I will explain how a structured process can help you achieve race day success.
Your customized plan will be electronically delivered to you with daily reminders for your workout. I will have access to review your tracked data and provide feedback. Training plans will be updated as your performance improves.
You will also have access to our private Facebook group where we host challenges, provide encouragement, and answer your questions.
Before your big race day, we will review your training cycle to determine your stretch goal, realistic goal, and get through it goal. Having a mental plan with options for different scenarios will take the pressure off on the course.
After your race, we will review your experience and use that data to build your next training cycle.
