Custom Static Training Plan up to 14 Weeks
Are you an experienced runner with a big goal in mind? If you have the know how and motivation to work a plan on your own, this is for you.
We will start with a consultation so that I can learn about your running history, current goals, and amount of time to dedicate to training. I will use this information to craft a custom training plan that will help you hone in on your racing goals.
The training plan will be electronically delivered and you will get daily reminders for each of your scheduled workouts. A mid plan check in and race day strategy session is included but there will not be weekly communication.
This is ideal for races between 5k to half marathon distance.
This plan will be electronically delivered within 2 weeks of payment. Please schedule your consultation in advance of your target training kick-off date.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Since this is an electronically delivered plans there will not be any refunds offered. However, I do strive to deliver quality products and will provide updates to the plan upon request if they are not meeting your needs.
